Over the years we have had a lot of incredible Exhibitors with a lot of delicious and nutritious products. Do you know what happens when you put 8 of these delicious products into a bowl and mix them together? Nutritious Energy Balls happen! These are so easy to make and are sure to be a family favourite!
Servings: 25
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rolled Oats
½ Cup Honey
¾ Cup Fatso Peanut Butter (or Natural Peanut/Almond Butter of your choice)
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
2 Tablespoons Cacao Nibs (or Dark Chocolate Chunks)
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
Directions:
Mix all the delicious ingredients together in one bowl. Stir and fold until mixed evenly.
Using a Tablespoon, scoop out a ball and roll in your hands until a ball has form.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving and keep refrigerated.
Eat now or pack as a healthy snack! (If you are packing as a snack, make sure to roll it tightly, over time without the refrigeration, the peanut butter and honey will shift and be less round and ball like.)
