TITLE: My Story: MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy

& How it Helped with Depression, Anxiety & Grief

DESCRIPTION: In a time of distress and uncertainty Paul decided to take a step outside the norm by exploring MDMA therapy as a tool in overcoming and managing depression and anxiety in his life. After a year focused on eating well, working out, and going to therapy he didn’t feel he fully had the answers he needed or that life was all that it could be. A healthy, balanced lifestyle played an important role in feeling better, and maintaining mental health and purpose, and combined with finding the right therapist and doing 9 therapy sessions before the single MDMA therapy session, he was able to find himself in a new light and thriving.

BIO: Paul, also known as Tall Paul, found his voice within the Mental Health community after experiencing a difficult period in his life. Paul has decided to use his Social Media presence to transparently show that life isn’t always as great as it can appear online and in day to day interactions. Through his sharing, Paul started connecting with others who were also dealing with grief, depression, anxiety and feeling challenged on how to manage and get through it to a happier life. Through these connections, it inspired him to begin writing blogs on mental health awareness, and bring to life “Never Alone Clothing” a clothing line that helps bring together the community in a positive way, with focus to empower everyone and feel comfortable talking out loud about what is going on for each of us.
