The Rose is an amazing flower beneficial for everyone all year round and saffron will help reduce wrinkles. During this workshop you will make facial products and learn Ayurvedic facial massage techniques and dietary recommendations to improve complexion and slow signs of aging.

The rosewater offers an uplifting aroma and is used for facial toner, to soothe burning eyes, to de-stress in the tub and to sweeten your mood.

My Dharma - My Purpose In Life
I now wish to dedicate my time to sharing my passion about Ayurveda, a 5,000 year old Indian system of natural healing.  In Augsut 2015, I completed the Chopra Centre Perfect Health Teacher Certification Program.  The Wellbeing Education Centre was created!   My very artistic daughter Chanel, created the logo.  The purpose of the Wellbeing Education Centre is to share the teachings of Ayurveda and also provide and other types of classes that nourish the soul and promote wellbeing.  Please see our class schedule and hope you find something that meets with your journey in life.

Description Of My Gift

Inspired by great leaders such as Deepak Chopra and a very dear friend, Dr. Sivakumar Varma, I have been led upon a path to be of assistance in sharing the amazing science of Ayurveda.

For the past 15 years, I have embraced an Ayuvedic Lifestyle. With the help and Dr. Varma and my husband, we created the first ayurvedic centre in Victoria in 2001 which we later sold.

We were then blessed with the birth of our amazing buddha baby daughter, Chanel. With the presence of an inner light, intuitive insight and a loving and guiding force, that already knows the way, Chanel grew up to be this amazing happy soul and we... as happy parents! I believe that living an Ayurvedic lifestyle is the secret!


Experiences That Have Expanded My Gift & Me

I was born and raised on a beautiful dairy farm in Ontario where my parents thoughrouly lived from nature and its resources.

I was blessed to teach Math & Chemistry for 8 years in Ottawa to high school teenagers who taught me more about life than I could ever have learned on my own in a lifetime.

Then, for fifteen years, I  was a portfolio manager for RBC Dominion Securities where I built my client base teaching personal finances and investments.  Again, life gifted me with more enlightening experiences than I could ever imagine in guiding families and listening to their family experiences around money and relationships.  

In the past 3 years, by husband, my daughter and I have transformed this 15 room Inn into a beautiful boutique hotel where travellers from all over the world and friends and family of local residents enjoy a very different lodging experience.
